Immigration issues can be very difficult, particularly when you are trying to obtain some immigration status. This obviously affects all your life and your family and can therefore be very frightening and sometimes very frustrating experience. We attempt to help our clients through these difficult periods by giving them a structured and honest advice, usually on a fixed fee basis to enable them to budget their finances. We advise on any immigration matters and assist our clients with making their applications.

If you qualify for Legal Aid, you should consult a legal aid solicitor. You may prefer to instruct us on a fixed fee basis.

There is an official website by the Immigration and Nationality Directorate, which deals with the main immigration issues and provides the majority of all immigration forms.

We will be able to explain the relevant rules to you and to advise you about your immigration status, if you qualify under a particular immigration category and which application you should make to switch or extend your status. The website also provides details of the fees payable on making an application.

If you plan to work in the UK, you can also find some useful information at Working in the UK. This will give you some basic information as to whether you can apply for a work permit. We will be able to advise you further on those issues.
