Paul first studied law abroad at Polytechnic Institute in the Czech Republic and at the Australian Institute for University Studies in Perth. He then graduated from the University of London where he studied English/European Law. He joined the firm in 2000 and qualified as a solicitor in March 2003.

Paul specialises mainly in litigation matters but also in some non-contentious matters, including employment (acting for both employers and employee in the employment tribunals, as well as drafting contracts of employment and advising on compromise agreements), commercial/contract disputes, construction disputes, consumer protection, land disputes, landlord and tenant (private and commercial, and enfranchisements), recovery of debts, business disputes, partnership disputes, personal injuries, negligence, accident claims, criminal matters, licensing, neighbour/nuisance disputes, immigration, bankruptcy, company law and basic intellectual property law. Paul also has extensive experience in mediation and alternative dispute resolution.

He also has a keen interest in European Law and Human Rights. He can assist you with legal claims in the Czech/Slovak Republics.

Other languages: Czech, Slovak, German. Outside the office, Paul enjoys outdoor sports and is an active tennis player of Aylesbury Tennis Club.
